This place suits me perfectly with reliable wi-fi, an indoor swimming pool, and friendly staff. On my first stay, they provided great local info, and I appreciate the shuttle service. I’m coming back for Christmas!

great access to local attractions and airport convenience

The hotel is super close to the springs aquatic center and waffle house, making it really handy for a quick bite or fun activity after exploring the area. the staff was friendly and made my stay feel welcoming.

The check-in clerk was friendly, really cute us and making my kids feel special, like they actually cared about our stay. Our room was spacious and clean, but it’s hard to overlook that the pullout couch had cigarette burns and dirty socks behind the TV, it’s like they just do the bare minimum.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but for what we got, I guess it was acceptable.

My stay at Sonesta was exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive, making my work trip much smoother. The business center was well equipped, which allowed me to finalize my presentations with ease. The gym facilities were also impressive, featuring a good range of cardio machines and free weights. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and common areas throughout the hotel.

staying at sonesta was a great experience. the hot tub and pool were fantastic, and the porch area was a pleasant surprise, perfect for unwinding while the kids slept. the staff was friendly and ready to help. also, the gym is well-equipped, which is a big plus for us.

The King Room with Sofabed was clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The indoor pool area was fantastic, although the towels were often unavailable, which was a bit frustrating. I really liked the fitness suite. it had everything I needed for my workouts. The location was great for accessing the airport, just a mile away. One downside was the breakfast situation. I thought it was complimentary, but that wasn’t the case. I felt like the facility needs some updates in certain areas, as it looked a bit tired in places. Overall, it was a decent stay despite a few hiccups.

I enjoyed my stay with the spacious room and the amazing views from the balcony. The hot tub being out of order was a bummer, but overall it was a great experience!

The location is ideal, close to dining options including Longhorn and Waffle House, and the room was clean, with a beautiful courtyard view. A big, comfortable bed and expansive bathroom enhanced the stay, alongside the excellent pool and hot tub facilities. On the downside, housekeeping operates on request only, and it would be better if breakfast was included.
